Dubs at most durationLimitSeconds of the source and holds the price for that much. The dubbing stays in your account until you delete it with media.dubbing.delete. Recordings of people speaking are personal data. Runs as a job. Effect: external_reversible. Mode: async. Estimated price: $0.429 for the example request.
