Charged at acceptance; explicit stamps add their approved face value. Returns acceptance and a reference. Provisional maximum with stamps: USD 2264.40. Effect: external_irreversible. Mode: sync. Requires approval: it moves money, reaches, calls, checks or locks out a real person, so have a person approve each call before you run it. Estimated price: $0.013 for the example request.
