The whole time-to-live is billed at create (rounded up to the minute), plus a proxy data allowance and a verified-browser fee when chosen. Options the account does not have are refused before anything is billed. At most 3 open sessions per organisation. Returns a ref for the browser.session and browser.page calls. Effect: external_reversible. Mode: sync. Estimated price: $0.013 for the example request. Returns a `ref` to what it created, for follow-up calls: see [References](/guides/references).
