Register one legal e-invoice. Returns government IRN, acknowledgement and unchanged signed invoice or QR strings; includes party identities and addresses inside signed data. Estimated maximum call cost is $0.12.
Effect: external_irreversible. Mode: sync.
Requires approval: it moves money, reaches, calls, checks or locks out a real person, so have a person approve each call before you run it.
